Winter woes on the road

Sue, Wyn and Beverly have spent time surveying local roads after the recent icy weather.  Whilst the standard in Prettygate has been fairly good due to the recent resurfacing of some roads, the team did identify 18 holes which they have reported to Highways including Parr Drive, James Carter Road, Dugard Ave and Plume Ave. 

Sue says “It is vitally important that any defects are reported as soon as possible so they can be repaired. We have not suffered in Prettygate as badly as other areas but if residents notice any problems please inform Highways on 0845 603 7620 or on line at www.essexcc.gov.uk/highwayfaultreporting”
