Bob Russell MP wants a return to Conservative administration in Westminster

Both my hon. Friend and I were leaders of local councils before we came to this place. Does he agree that, after 12 years of a new labour Government, local communities have less say over what goes on in their area than they did before 1997?
I would like to congratulate Bob on his new found wisdom and hope these revelations continue. I shall look forward to a full endorsement of our Parliamentary Candidate, Will Quince, in due course.
